Week 2:

Juice cleanse was a tough one for me - used to eating a lot throughout the day, especially as an emotional eater with a currently stressful job - but I did 2 days in a row and my body felt so light and so much healthier!

I made a lot of new recipes, and I can't believe I didn't start cooking like this sooner!! Energy balls, brownies, blackbean burgers, butternut squash soup, quinoa breakfast cookies (might not be so healthy in the amounts I was eating them but they are soooo good!) - all dairy, gluten and refined sugar free! So aware of myself, my habits and the way my body feels. Loving this challenge!! I know I am going to see great results!
