Week 1:

Phew! I don't feel as though I did too good this week as I started out by not being prepared. Had a very busy weekend (as per usual) and didn't get any recipes tried out, didn't get any healthy meals cooked, which all lead to not eating very healthy all week.

Well I'm glad that this week was all about awareness of ourselves, what we eat, how we eat, how we spend our time because I learned a lot this week. I know that I have to be aware of how busy I am and make sure to prioritize carefully so I don't forget to take care of myself! I look forward to this challenge so much just for the learning and the lifestyle changes I think are going to make me feel so much healthier and mindful and happy :) Here we go week 2...
