Kristin Fraser is a Professional Engineer turned Holistic Nutritionist. A corporate wellness speaker and consultant on natural health, she conducts 8 week "Get Your Glow" challenges in collaboration with corporations and yoga studios, offers one on one coaching, cooking classes, and retreats.

A member of CAHN-Pro (Canadian Association for Holistic Nutrition Professionals), Kristine completed Canada's leading program in Natural Nutrition through CSNN (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition). She has obtained her Living Foods Instructor training at The Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Patagonia Arizona under the direction of Dr. Gabriel Cousens, author of “Conscious Eating” and “There is a Cure for Diabetes”. Her bi-weekly column, Something to Chew On has been dubbed the “Sex and the City of Nutrition”. Published in both the Red Deer Advocate and on it was started as a means of connecting with people about the relationship we have with food and how our happiness, mental frame of mind and what we put in our bodies are all interconnected. It offers an informative and down to earth approach on health topics that are not always thought about.  Overall, just offering people “Something to Chew On”.

After gaining her professional designation as an engineer she moved to New York City to attend The Natural Gourmet Chef Training Program, a culinary program that focuses on health supportive cooking. She has worked with clients from all walks of life, consulting them through sugar free, gluten free, dairy free diets, juice cleanses, weight loss, revamping their kitchens or just helping them to find healthier foods that suit their lifestyles. Upon completion at the Natural Gourmet, she worked in the kitchen at Pure Food and Wine, New York City's finest raw food restaurant, where the likes of Alec Baldwin, Bill Clinton, Anne Hathaway, Katie Holmes, Jake Gyllenhaal and many others frequent. Kristine promotes whole natural foods as a means of optimal wellness but is also a firm believer that food is not everything. Kristine’s vision is to help inspire and empower people to find that life can be fun, exciting, healthy, maybe not so healthy at times, and encourages people to not put themselves in a box of one diet or another.  It's about having your cake and eating it to - and feeling good about it! And so, she founded Inner Glow Nutrition.
